TWINSTEPS architecture is providing full architecture design services for the change of use and structural upgrade of an existing 18,000 sf 2-story building into a multi-tenant spec office Project includes interior demolition while protecting historic elements in place, new elevator and stair to 2nd level & parking lot / landscape upgrades. All new site utilities to be brought to the building as well.
