TWINSTEPS architecture

TWINSTEPS architecture provided full architectural design services for United Rental’s new equipment rental facility in Ventura, CA. The project was a renovation to an existing 23,300 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building to include modifications to existing office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, warehouse, exterior storage, and sales area. The project also included new vehicle wash bays, a new training room, exterior finish modifications, and ADA upgrades to the site and entry to the building.
